Condensing heat exchanger
A condensing heat exchanger uses one gas pass to remove heat from the flue gas. The flue gas will enter the exchanger via inlet plenum at the top, will flow downward along the tubes of the heat exchange, and will then leave through the outlet plenum at the bottom of the unit, while cold water flows through the tubing. Our condensing heat exchangers come in different sizes to meet all the requirements for your business.
Most of our customers use our condensing heat exchangers to recover the waste heat in order to preheat boiler make-up water. By preheating the water it increases the efficiency of the boiler, which will in turn reduce the amount of fuel consumption while ensuring a fixed steam output, which can be increased when needed.
